pleasant stay with a few drawbacks

The gardens were beautifully landscaped and provided a tranquil view from my room. The staff were really good too assist with creating a taxi service when needed, really enhancing my stay. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor heated pool, refreshing after long days of exploring.

Room was a little cold (small heating needs long) and a little aged. Otherwise there was nothing else to complain about.

The front desk staff was ultra-friendly and helped me get taxis since Uber was a bit tricky. I loved hanging out by the outdoor pool and relaxing in the garden area after a long day of exploring. just a heads up for light sleepers! 🌞

Fairly clean, small hotel with perfect and absolutely incredible location near the temples of Teotihuacan. Functional building and rooms with a fair sized bathroom.

The hotel was convenient as it is right next to the pyramids that draw people to this area. It has a computer for guest use in the lobby, though it is not free.

The restaurant was a little expensive. They advertise an "ämerican Breakfast" which is anything but, however this is common In Mexico.

Great location with attentive staff

I recently spent three nights at this hotel, and I was really impressed by its close proximity to the pyramids, made exploring so convenient. The lush garden and pool area were fantastic, especially during the heat. I appreciated how the restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices, with the skirt steak being a standout for me. I found the room to be a bit small and dark, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

The staff was helpful with arranging taxis for us. the walls are thin, very noisy.

Wonderful small hotel located really close to the exceptional restaurant. Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room. What a magnificent and amazing location to the park entrance!

Can just recommend for a momentary pause.

our trip to the arqueological site, the hotel is closeby and convenient. it was nice to come back for a swim in the pool.

the room was very small so we could not sit in our room, the meals were good but expensive. there was awedding during our stay and the noise was so unbearable that we left a day early.

The room was cold, the service good. The lack of reliable Internet service was unexcusable
